When can we check in, and what time do we have to check out?
Arrival: Check-in time on your first day is strictly between 4pm and 6pm unless otherwise pre-arranged. Please note that I am unavailable from lunchtime until 4pm.
Departure: On the day of departure, we kindly request that you vacate your room by 10.30am to allow us time to prepare the room for our next guests. Please feel free to use our sitting room if you need to bridge the gap between vacating your room and your departure 11.00 latest, thank you.
How many people can sleep in one room?
There is one bedroom that will accommodate an extra single bed (see tariffs). Otherwise our bedrooms are for a maximum of two people.
Are children welcome?
For the peace and relaxation of our guests we can only accommodate children of 14 and over responsible enough to be left in their bedroom without supervision. And if the whole house is booked by one party then their youngsters are welcome. We do not have cots or high chairs.
Can we bring a pet?
Very regrettably, no dogs or pets are allowed at The Old School other than certified service dogs.
Do you take payment cards?
Yes, we do take credit and debit cards including Amex. (Cash and cheques are accepted too, but are my least favourite option!).
Can I get internet access at The Old School?
Yes, we are pleased to confirm that there is free wi-fi throughout the House.
